Yes, if you find that the product is unsuitable please return it in its original unused condition with all packaging and tags intact within 15 days after you received it, for either refund or an exchange. Please contact us before returning an item and make sure you use registered mail option when registering the shipment. When we receive the package back we will check it and perform a refund.
If you find any manufacturing fault during the first 30 days, please contact us and we will provide you all the information required for the replacement.
